1) Enter your shipping and contact information.
2) You will receive your RMA number and specific instructions for
returning your defective unit for replacement via email, but
please make the specified number of copies of the summary
page.
3) Shipping and Packing Instruction Ship "all" returned merchandise
PREPAID. Shipments made via Parcel Post should be insured
for your protection. Be sure to include a copy of this RMA with
your shipment to ensure prompt service.
Please ensure all cartons have the RMA number clearly visible on
the shipping label.Credit /Charges: Handling charges and credit
will be based in the condition of the merchandise received at our
