Data Collect Setup Screen

The Data Collect Setup screen offers a wide variety of custom setups. The user will have the ability to select what collector the readings will be taken from. manually define the tolerances and select to include part labels and subgroup labels for the component.      The data collect software carries a various assortment of export file type that the data will be stored as.

Data Collect offers a user a wide variety of custom setups when creating a part file. The user have the ability to create any number of characteristics. The user also has the ability to track certain parts in the part file by associating either a Part label or subgroup label to each individual part. Any maximum of subgroups can be created with a parts per subgroup user define option. Communication is made easy by user defined comport setting and collector settings.  Data Collect Software Offers custom export creation and custom export formats. The user will have a selection of the following supported formats: .TXT,.DDM, .PRN, .DAT, .XLS. The .XLS option will have an display option were the user can select what field they would like to display on the screen, as well as the export location of were the data is being stored.

Data Collect Graphics

The Data Collect Software Graphic screen can be configurable. All part files can be configured to include a graphic. The support graphic format is .jpg, .bmp, or a .gif.   The graphic screen is fully font controlled where the user has the ability to select larger or smaller font sizes.

Data Collect Runtime & Exports

The Runtime screen in Data Collect offers the user a pre-defined graphic with characteristic values    associated. Each reading is collect and then categorized by color within the proper specified tolerances.   Once all points are collected the characteristic name will turn bold and signify that the all data points have been collected.

The Export Screen is the location where the collected data is written to. Data can be written and collected or even stored in many formats as define on the setup configuration page.  The Excel option export gives the users the best flexibility to store data and the cleanest view for later use. The data can be dynamically collected and dumped to the export location without the hassle of any steps.
