LMI TruPosition Probe Blocks

A Tooling Aid is available for setting the orientation ring concentric to the bore of the probe block so there is no drag on the probe shaft.

TruPosition Probe Block

Using the cost-effective Probe Blocks along with the TruPosition Probe is a cost-competitive alternative to building a fixture using stab pins.    The small size and light weight make it possible to use the Probe Blocks with hand apply fixtures and for closer bushing placement. Precision bushings will fit all TruPostion Probes so that no lapping is required. Most styles have the same hole patterns so that they can be interchanged for 1.00" diameter or 1.25" diameter probes. The orientation ring can be reversed and labeled as required.
