The 200X Surface Probe

Ideal for use in industries such as sheet metal, composites, plastic, glass fabrication, and assembled components, the LMI 200X measures surface or flange characteristics with a durable, accurate, and repeatable probe set at the most common nominal dimensions.

- 4 Models with 31mm and 50mm Nominals.

- 10mm and 20mm travel range.

- Tolerance judgement on the probe for standalone operation.

The 241X and 241X-B Flush and Gap Gauge

Ideal for use in industries such as sheet metal, composites, plastic, glass fabrication, and assembled components, the LMI 241X and 241X-B measure surface and edge characteristics simultaneously. The LMI 241X used in combination with the LMI 776 Mounting Block provides the highest level of repeatability and accuracy.

- Featuring the capability of measuring two characteristics at once, the 241X achieves the highest possible repeatability by using an LMI 776 block on the checking fixture.

- 2 models with a pointed or blade tip (LMI 241X-B) are available.

- Ideal for High Production Applications where multiple measurements are desired at one location and achieves cost savings by not using expensive flip over fixture details.

The True Position 107X and True Position 108X

Ideal for use in industries such as sheet metal, composites, plastic, glass fabrication, and assembled components, the LMI TPX measures true position characteristics of holes, slots, studs, and more. Using the LMI TPX in combination with the fixture mounted probe blocks ensures the most accurate and repeatable true position measurements.

- 2 Models are available -- 1.25” and 1.00” diameter with 6mm or 3mm of travel.

- Accurately measures 2 axis of a hole, stud, slot, or more versus a go/no-go pin with no data.

- Dual OLED Screen is visible on most applications.

- Precision Fixture Mounted Blocks ensure measuring in the same location every time.
