Scrap and part repairs are costly. Data collection is crucial for a quick response and correction of quality issues. The feature-packed LMI 595 Digital Transmitter is a simple and cost effective gauge interface to view and send vital quality data directly to a PC.

 

The 595 is a rugged and compact device with a large LCD screen that provides direct connection to any LMI gauge. Connect the digital readout to a computer's RS-232 serial port via cable or optional wireless antenna and measurements can be collected in real time at the press of a button.

595 Interface Options

 

Port Description
Port 1 Single Analog Port for the LMI 200 Series Probe.
Port 2 Single Analog Port for the LMI 241 or TP Series Probe.
Port 3 Digital Caliper, Digital Indicator, or Digital True Position Port; can accept Mitutoyo Digimatic Tools.
RS232 Adds wireless transmission to a PC when connect to 595 RF antennas.

When connected to the 595 Wireless Antenna, measurements can be sent wirelessly to LMI's UGI data collection software. Benefits of going wireless into UGI include:

 

 A graphically-driven, user-customizable interface.

 Instantaneous part quality notification (Pass/Fail).

 The ability to password protect partfiles.

 The ability to add trace labels/user inputs, such as operator name, shift, part number, etc.
