LMI has incorporated the same fixture attachment apparatus that allows the patented LMI 770 Flush & Gap Gage to take quality flush & gap checks into the LMI 241. The LMI 241 allows the flush and gap readings to be taken simultaneously, which can reduce inspection time by 50% or more.

These gages lock onto the checking fixture with ease and provide solid repeatability and accuracy. Checking contour and margin of sheet metal, plastic and glass components with this dual-purpose gage takes quality assurance to a new level of efficiency.

241 Series Master Blocks

LMI 720 Master Block     A master block is required     for the LMI 241 in order to     set the nominal reference     position for the flush and     gap checks.    The LMI 720 is used with      both LMI 241 models.

The patented LMI 776      Mounting Block is      designed for optimum      and precise check point      location when      positioning the LMI 241      transducer. The LMI 241      mounts in the LMI 776      locating hole and is self-      locking for accuracy and      repeatability.    The LMI 776 comes with     mounting screws and roll     pins.
