LMI 241-BWV2 Series Flush & Gap Gauge Features:

 

 Checks Flush and Gap simultaneously.

 Non-marring contact feet and locating fingers.

 Non-marring extension pad with recessed magnets.

 Allows SPC data to be collected fast and accurately with most data collectors.

 Accuracy: +/- 0.03mm / 30μm

The LMI 241-BWV2 and LMI 241-FG Series Flush & Gap Transducers take simultaneous flush and gap dimensional measurements and can cut inspection time by more than 50 percent. These non-marring gauges use an extension pad with encapsulated magnets to assist in properly seating the gauge for accurate and repeatable readings without damaging the finished vehicle surface.
