TruPosition - Digital Signal Outputs | TP 101/102 - TP 103/104 Probes

 

The TruPosition Digital Signal Output probes offer an accurate and repeatable way to collect variable information on the A axis and B axis from the nominal  location. Each unit features two LCD panels to view readings.

 

Choose from a 1.0" or 1.25" diameter shaft. Models available with or without a data collector interface. 

 

* Available in 3.20" & 5.20" Shaft Lengths.

TruPosition - Analog Signal Outputs | TP 107 & TP 108 Probes

The TruPosition Analog Signal Output probes feature a short overall length making them especially suited to tight checking points. This small, truly portable device is optimized for variable data collection.

 

Choose from 1.0" and 1.25" diameter shafts.

TruPosition - LVDT Version | TP 109 & TP 110 Probes

The TruPostion Probe with LVDT electronics is designed for use where tighter tolerances are required. Customized to suit specific customer requirements such as reduced travel, expanding tips and overall length.

 

A data collector interface is not required - readings are initiated from the data collector.

TruPosition Air Pneumatic | AP 110 Probe

The TruPosition Air Pneumatic probe is used for automated fixture applications. Multiple checks are taken in a fraction of the time required for manual checks. The LVDT electronics offer accurate readings where tighter tolerances are required.


The FP110 is a flange mount.

The AP110 is a standard base mount and is optionally available with comtronic sensors for position sensing with a PLE controller.

 

*Stroke length for standard model is 1.87".

 

3rd Axis Probes Inspection | TP 111 Series & TP 112 Series Probes

After checking the A and B axis of a hole with a TruPosition Probe, use a 3rd Axis Probe to take a third axis reading.   An LMI 200 Surface Probe or 31mm preset indicator is required to take the measurement.

 

Includes three quick interchangeable rods for various hole sizes.

TruPosition Probe Block and Accessories |Probe Blocks | Tooling Aids

 

 

 

A variety of Probe Blocks and Tooling Aids are available for use with TruPosition Probes. The light-weight and cost-effective Probe Blocks are used at precise check point locations on a fixture. Choose from flange or base mount options. The Tooling Aids are used to accurately set the Probe Blocks at desired locations on the checking fixture.
